Don't lose any time searching for messages

Efficiency often starts on a small scale. For example, when you no longer have to laboriously search for an EDI message on the server hard disk or in the EDI system, but can identify it in seconds within our Cargogear platform. Or if you can open the message for analysis with two clicks - in a view that you and your data exchange partners are already familiar with from other Cargogear features. Or if you can share access to this message in seconds, directly via a link or in an email. With Insights, we have built a tool that allows EDI teams, administrators and other stakeholders to work with messages from productive data streams in a fraction of the time previously required.

A powerful addition to our monitoring API

To narrow down the search for the message in the haystack, you can, on the one hand, set standard filters such as the time stamp of the message validation or the validation interface used. On the other hand, you can also search for references if you have specified any in the validation request to the monitoring API. Let's assume that you have set the invoice number as a reference when checking e-invoices. Then your colleagues in accounting can identify the message in question using this information alone, even without access to the EDI system and without EDI knowledge. By clicking on the message, you reveal further details. For example, you can see a summary of the syntax and rule errors contained in the message. You can also share the message here or access it yourself.

Find the most important key performance indicators at a glance

But there is more to the Insights feature than just identifying messages. The dashboard gives you a real-time overview of some of the most important key performance indicators for data quality. This allows you to see the most frequently violated validation rules, as well as the partners who send the most incorrect messages in absolute terms. You can visualize trends here and in the general data quality over different time periods. And the best thing is: the dashboard is already configured, so you can get started straight away without any lengthy setup.
