Partner Onboarding
With Cargogear, you can automate your onboarding processes for hundreds of partners at the same time. This feature is based on message validation as a self-service, convenient project monitoring, knowledge transfer to your partners and easy information retrieval. Monitor your projects
Especially large onboarding projects require reporting that is always up to date. With our onboarding feature, we provide you the latest status of both individual project participants and the project in total. No need to put much work into creating and updating presentations. Just log in and show what is going on. Some project partners always respond too late? Add reminder emails to your project to automate this annoying aspect as well. Transfer knowledge to your partners
It may sound obvious but waiting for input form the partner’s side is often a considerable factor in an onboarding project, especially during holiday season or when a project manager gets sick. You can prevent this by providing all necessary documentation like guidelines, FAQs or sample messages at one place on the platform. This also helps avoiding a second problem: Your partners may have stored outdated documents from past projects on their side. By providing the latest version as part of the project files, you create an awareness to look out for updates. Retrieve information
A lot of onboarding projects start with gathering information from your EDI partners. Which transmission protocols do they support? Do they use special characteristics in a message format? You can retrieve the answer to all these questions in a questionnaire. It is an optional part of the projects that can be created using a simple form builder. You can choose from different answer types, make questions optional and allow alternative answers. When filling in the questionnaire, partners can ask counter-questions if they are unsure about an answer. Once filled in and accepted, administrators can export finished questionnaires. By doing so, they can store the answers independently from the project. But more important, they can process them. For example, they could extract the parameters of the partner's EDI connection and import them into their EDI system, thus avoiding the risk of a typo.
