Sometimes, the most powerful tools are the simplest ones. With the Open Validation, you can provide your Validation Interfaces to the whole world without having to create user accounts.

Available for everyone

While using our Partner Onboarding feature is the easiest way to integrate lots of new data exchange partners fast, there are situations, where you want to offer a more simple validation solution. No accounts, no projects, no questionnaires, just letting people check whether their files contain an error. The Open Validation is the answer to this need. You can decide for every Validation Interface whether it should be publicly available or only for logged-in partners. Since everyone on the internet can reach the URL, you can share the link via email or reference it on your own website.

Show how easy it is to work with your company

Where would you typically use the Open Validation? You could start at a point where you do not yet even know the data sender: To attract new customers, you can show them how simple it will be to connect to your company thanks to easy-to-understand Validation Interfaces. Maintenance is another use case: The members of your EDI team might want to check a handful of messages quickly for error analysis and play around with the data to see how the flaws can be fixed. The same goes for data senders who want to test their messages before transmitting them to you. This is especially helpful directly after the go-live of a new interface.
