Data stream monitoring
Cargogear's API supervises productive data streams in real-time. Relieve your colleagues from goods receipt, accounting or the EDI team by automating the feedback process for flawed transactional messages. Easy to work with
A simple JSON body, an API key and a HTTP request. This is all you need for monitoring your productive transactional messaging flows with our API. If you are familiar with creating HTTP requests, you can start within minutes. Optionally, you can add references, for example a virtual file name or email addresses if you want to notify people outside the EDI team about flawed data. By keeping things simple, we allow you to work with the API the way it suits you, not the other way around. Versatile and comprehensible
Our validation API uses a simple three-step workflow to deliver the reporting feedback. After you have sent the validation request, you immediately get back an answer with the overall status of the rule and syntax checks. If the message contained an error, an email is additionally sent to all receivers that were stated in the validation request. By clicking on the links in the email, you can check the full report either in a web viewer or in a downloaded HTML document. This workflow allows you to use the API for different purposes. With the answer from the validation request, you could build up a quality gate: Only flawless messages are sent or processed. The email you could use to alert data senders or your own colleagues about incidents. And with the full report, you could educate data senders to avoid that errors are repeated in future transmissions. Powerful
Any validation must not delay the mapping or transmission process of the transactional messages themselves. Therefore, we have built our validation API and the underlying infrastructure to handle file traffic of any size. Out of the box, we can handle more than a million messages per day. If you have special requirements, we engineer a solution that fits your needs, supported by the auto-scaling and resource scheduling capabilities of our infrastructure.
